Walking through Savannah’s Historic Landmark District inevitably leads to daydreaming about living downtown. Despite its world-class architecture and ground-breaking city plan, though, the Historic District is no museum – it’s a living city, with vibrant neighborhoods and well-loved homes. After taking part in the Savannah Tour of Homes and Gardens, people can peruse historic properties for sale here.

The Savannah Real Estate Expo, scheduled for March 27-30, will run the same days as the Savannah Tour of Homes and Gardens, with open houses in the same sections of town as each day’s Tour. The tour will include work from local artists at the venues.

“My idea of doing this tour at the same time as the Savannah Tour of Homes and Gardens is to give both the local residents and tourists an opportunity to see properties that are available for sale and give them an opportunity to see additional homes they might not be able to get in otherwise,” said Celia Dunn of Celia Dunn Sotheby's International Realty.

Savannah Real Estate Expo visitors can register for a luxury living drawing for a two night stay off season for 2 in one of Luxury Living's luxury properties in Savannah or Tybee Island.

The tours will take place each day from 11:00am to 3:00pm. Look for the blue and white balloons and Celia Dunn Sotheby's International Realty signs at each site.
